-2 Bay leaves
-3 Garlic cloves
-1 / 2 cup vinegar
-1 / 2 cup water
- 1 Bouillon cube of defatted chicken
-salt (to taste)
-Provençal herbs
Preparation:
Put in a pan suitable for oven, place the 8 chicken thighs salting to taste
