HAKE WITH PRAWNS


ingredients:

-2 Slices of frozen hake
-100g of frozen raw peeled shrimp
-6 Crab sticks
-1 Clove garlic
-1 / 2 onion, chopped
-1 Fish bouillon defatted
-1 Tablespoon of tomato puree
-1 Bay leaf
-1 Cup water
-1 Bouillon cube of defatted fish



preparation:

In a large nonstick saucepan spreads an oil droplet  across the base.
Sauté garlic in it laminated, fine chopped onions and the  tablespoon tomato puree .
When sauce is ready we add the prawns and surimi-cut pieces, and stir a little
Add the 2 slices of hake and a glass of water with bouillon cube of defatted fish and bay leaf.
Cook until the sauce thickens….

SCALLOPS WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE


Ingredients:

-1 Tablespoon of cream cheese 0%
-4 Beef tenderloin fillets
-1 egg
-Half cup oat bran
-Black pepper
-2 To 3 chopped mushrooms
-4 Shredded sweet onions
-Thyme
-A splash of dry white wine.

Preparation:

First batter the fillets in beaten egg and later over the oat bran .
Preheat oven to 180 º C , put it in the oven for 15 minutes 

-Meanwhile, in another pan bring the wine, 1 / 4 cup water and cook until onions are soft (about 5 minutes). 
Add the thyme, mushrooms and 1 / 4 cup water and cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, until mushrooms are cooked.
Remove from heat, add the cheese and paprika and pepper to taste. Stir until well blended,
Cook over medium heat until the sauce has reduced to desired thickness.
Serve the scallops with the sauce on top.
